Northern Cheyenne Service area encompasses the entire Northern Cheyenne reservation. Which is located in both the Bighorn and Rosebud Counties. The towns of Busby, Lame Deer, Ashland, have Head Start centers.
Northern Cheyenne currently operates a center-based option.
