Program Statistics
Child Start, Inc. has 84 staff members and a funded enrollment of 354 children. There are many options including Part Day, Full Day, Home Start, and Full Day Partnerships.
Community Partnerships
Child Start, Inc. has many community
partnerships. WIC and Missoula
Health Department provide nutrition
services to families. Speech and
other Special services are provided
by Missoula County Public Schools.
Even Start and University of Montana
provide family and early literacy
services. Mental health enrichment
services are provided through
Western Montana Mental Health
Center. St. Patrick's Hospital
provides health screenings and
follow-up services. Foster
grandparents and the Council for
Aging offer educational services.
Families and Books (FAB) Literacy Program welcomes six Elementary Schools, District preschoolers, and all Head Youth Mentoring Grant.
